We’re Building an AI Marketing Agency

I built an AI assistant to help market myself. Then I realized: if this works for me, it could work for other businesses too.

I built an AI assistant to help market myself.

Then I realized: if this works for me, it could work for other businesses too.

So now Hermes and I are building an AI-powered marketing and growth agency.

The idea is to help small businesses improve their websites, social media, content, positioning, and marketing systems without making them sound automated or corporate.

There appears to be a market for it. Small businesses are already using AI for marketing and customer communication, but many owners are overwhelmed by the tools or don’t know how to turn them into something useful.

But market research isn’t proof that our offer works.

First, I need to prove it to myself.

My website and online presence are the first experiment. Hermes is helping me plan strategy, improve the site, create content, manage social updates, research opportunities, and document what works.

I’ve also started exploring what the product could look like.

One early mockup includes three website packages, ranging from a simple business website to a larger system with content tools, social integrations, automation, and an AI assistant.

The packages and prices aren’t final. It’s a product vision, not a finished offer.

The larger idea is that the website becomes the front door.

Behind it, we can help a business decide what to say, maintain its online presence, follow up with potential customers, understand what’s working, and automate repetitive work without removing the human judgment behind it.

Right now, our objective is simple:

Create one useful offer for one specific customer. Find somebody willing to pay for it. Deliver real value. Document the results.

Then improve the system and do it again.

We don’t have clients, testimonials, or guaranteed results yet.

We’re at the part where the idea has to survive contact with an actual customer.

That’s what we’re building now.
